EG Contractors LLC provides custom cabinet, closet, kitchen, murphy bed, garage storage, and kitchen refacing design and installation services throughout Southwest Florida, including Collier and Lee counties. All work is performed by or under the direct supervision of the owner, Gustavo Barreat.

Service descriptions, images, and examples on our website are for informational purposes and may not reflect the exact specifications of your project. Each project is custom-designed and individually quoted.

All estimates provided by EG Contractors LLC are based on the information available at the time of the consultation, including measurements, material selections, and project scope.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Final pricing may vary based on changes to project scope, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions discovered during installation.
• Any changes to the original scope of work will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work is performed.
• Free in-home consultations are offered at no obligation to the homeowner.

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement. General payment guidelines include:

• A deposit is required to confirm your project and secure your place in our production schedule.
• Progress payments may be required at specified project milestones as outlined in your agreement.
• Final payment is due upon completion and your satisfaction with the installed work.
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. Specific payment methods will be confirmed in your project agreement.

EG Contractors LLC strives to complete all projects within the estimated timeline provided. However, project timelines may be affected by:

• Material availability and supply chain delays
• Changes to the original project scope
• Unforeseen site conditions (e.g., structural issues, plumbing, or electrical work required)
• Weather or other circumstances beyond our control
• Client scheduling conflicts or access delays

We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work with you to minimize disruption.

EG Contractors LLC stands behind the quality of our work. Our warranty coverage includes:

• Workmanship: We warrant our installation work against defects in craftsmanship for a period specified in your project agreement.
• Materials: Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and hardware used. We will assist you with any warranty claims on materials.
• Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, water damage from plumbing leaks or flooding, and acts of nature are not covered under our warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, EG Contractors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
