Walk-In Closet near Pelican Bay, Naples

This Pelican Bay homeowner wanted a walk-in closet that felt more like a boutique than a storage room. Gustavo designed a full-perimeter layout with floor-to-ceiling white melamine panels, double-hang sections for shorter garments, and long-hang sections sized for dresses and coats. Every wall received 3/4-inch backing panels for a seamless, built-in appearance that also protects the drywall from scuffs and humidity damage.

The centerpiece is a custom island dresser with eight soft-close drawers, a jewelry tray insert, and a quartz top for folding. LED accent strips run along the crown molding and under each shelf, controlled by a dimmer at the closet entrance. The warm white LEDs highlight the contents without adding heat — an important detail in a Florida home where cooling costs matter.

Installation was completed in under four hours. Because all components were pre-built and finished in our Naples shop, on-site work was limited to assembly, leveling, and final adjustments. The result is a closet that stores more than twice what the original wire shelving held, in half the visual footprint.
